MS JeanetteChang
Ms Jeanette Chang was appointed as an Executive Director
on 1 September 2013. Ms Chang has an engineering and
finance background having worked with Mott MacDonald
Group in London onUK and Singapore engineering projects.
Prior to joiningBaker Tech,MsChangwaswithBarclays Bank
PLC for nine years, most recently as Director in its Equity
Capital Markets team. She has significant experience in
corporate finance especially in relation to fund raising in the
capital markets.
Ms Chang holds a Masters in Engineering First Class (Civil
Engineering) degree from Imperial College London and a
Masters of Business Administration with Distinction from
London Business School.
MRTanYangGuan
Mr Tan Yang Guanwas appointed to the Board since 5May
2000 and was last re-elected on 25 April 2013. Mr Tan is a
Non-ExecutiveDirector.
Mr Tan has more than 38 years of extensive experience in
accounting, auditing and financial management. He started
his career in audit with Ernst & Young in 1975. In 1988, he
joined rig-builder, PPL Shipyard Pte Ltd (“PPLS”) and was its
Finance Director from 1995 to 2012. He was responsible for
PPLS’ financial, treasury and corporate finance functions.
Mr Tan is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants of theUnitedKingdom, a Fellowof the Institute
of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a member of the
Singapore Institute of Directors.
