10. Earningsper share
Basic earnings per share are calculatedby dividingprofit for the financial year, net of tax, attributable toowners of theCompany by
theweighted average number of ordinary shares outstandingduring the financial year.
Diluted earnings per share are calculated by dividing profit for the financial year, net of tax, attributable to owners of theCompany
by the weighted average number of ordinary shares outstanding during the financial year plus the weighted average number of
ordinary shares that would be issued on the conversionof all the dilutive potential ordinary shares intoordinary shares.
