MR LimHo Seng
Mr LimHo Seng has been theChairman of Baker Technology
Limited (“Baker Tech”) since November 2002. He was
appointed to the Board since 1 October 1999 and was last
re-elected on 25 April 2013. Mr Limwas re-designated from
an Independent Non-Executive Director to a Non-Executive
Director of Baker Techon1 January2014ashehas completed
more than nine years of service on the Board. He is also a
member of the RemunerationCommittee.
Mr Lim also sits on the board of KS Energy Limited. Mr Lim
was the former Chief Executive Officer of NTUC Fairprice
Co-operative Ltd. In the preceding 3-year period, he was an
Independent Director of KianAnn Engineering Ltd and Lippo-
Mapletree Indonesia Retail TrustManagement Ltd.
Mr Lim is a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered
Accountants, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of
Australia, theAssociation of CharteredCertifiedAccountants
of theUnitedKingdom, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries
&Administrators and the Singapore Institute of Directors.
DrBenetyChang
Dr Benety Chang is the Chief Executive Officer of Baker
Tech and was appointed to the Board since 5 May 2000.
He was last re-elected on 25 April 2012. Dr Chang, who is
an Executive Director, is also a member of the Nominating
Committee. He has extensive experience in the offshore oil
andgas industryandwas themajor founding shareholder and
DeputyChairmanof PPL Shipyard Pte Ltduntil his resignation
in 2012.
Dr Chang holds a MBBS degree from the University of
Singapore.
