MS JEANETTECHANG
ExecutiveDirector
Ms Jeanette Chang was appointed as an Executive
Director of Baker Tech since 1September 2013 andwas
last re-electedon 25April 2014.
Ms Chang has an engineering and finance background
having previously workedwithMott MacDonaldGroup
in London on UK and Singapore engineering projects.
Prior to joiningBaker Tech, Ms Changwas aDirector in
the Equity Capital Markets team at Barclays Bank PLC
where she worked for nine years. She has significant
experience in corporate financeespecially in relation to
fund raising in the capitalmarkets.
Ms Chang holds a Masters in Engineering First Class
(Civil Engineering) degree from Imperial College
London and aMasters of Business Administration with
Distinction from LondonBusiness School.
MR TANYANGGUAN
Non-ExecutiveDirector
Mr Tan Yang Guan was appointed to the Board since
5May 2000 andwas last re-elected as aNon-Executive
Director on 25April 2013.
Mr Tan hasmore than 39 years of extensive experience
in accounting, auditing and financial management. He
startedhis career in audit withErnst &Young in 1975. In
1988, he joined rig-builder, PPL Shipyard Pte Ltd (“PPL
Shipyard”) and was its Finance Director from 1995 to
2012. He was responsible for PPL Shipyard’s financial,
treasury and corporate finance functions.
Mr Tan is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered
CertifiedAccountants of theUnitedKingdom, a Fellow
of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants
and amember of theSingapore Instituteof Directors.
MR LIMHOSENG
Chairman
Appointed Chairman of Baker Technology Limited
(“Baker Tech”) since1November 2002and Independent
Non-Executive Director since 1 October 1999, Mr Lim
HoSengwas re-designatedasNon-ExecutiveDirector
on 1 January 2014. He was last re-appointed as a
Director on 25 April 2014. He is also a member of the
RemunerationCommittee.
Mr Lim also sits on the board of KS Energy Limited.
Mr Limwas the former Chief ExecutiveOfficer ofNTUC
Fairprice Co-operative Ltd. In the preceding 3-year
period, he was an Independent Director of Kian Ann
Engineering Ltd and Lippo-Mapletree Indonesia Retail
TrustManagement Ltd.
Mr Lim is a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore
CharteredAccountants, the Instituteof CertifiedPublic
Accountants of Australia, the Association of Chartered
Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom, the
Instituteof CharteredSecretaries&Administrators and
theSingapore Instituteof Directors.

Techandwas appointed to theBoard since5May 2000.
He was last re-elected a Director on 25 April 2012.
DrChang,who isanExecutiveDirector, isalsoamember
of theNominatingCommittee. Dr Chang has extensive
experience in theoffshoreoil andgas industry andwas
themajor founding shareholder andDeputy Chairman
of PPLShipyardPteLtduntil his resignation inJuly2012.
Dr Chang holds a MBBS degree from the University
of Singapore.
