Mr Tan Kiang Kherng joined the Group in June 2002
as Financial Controller and was promoted to Chief
Financial Officer in September 2013. He is responsible
for all financialmatters of theGroup, including financial
reporting, strategic financial planning, treasury and
internal controls. Prior to that,MrTanwasaSeniorAudit
Manager withErnst andYoung, Singapore.
Mr Tan holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree
from Singapore’sNanyangTechnological University and is a
memberof the InstituteofSingaporeCharteredAccountants.

Mr Tan Keng TiongAlvin joined theGroup in 2001. He is
currentlytheSeniorVicePresident–BusinessDevelopment
responsible for overall business development of the
Group.Mr Tan startedhis career in themarineoil andgas
industry andhas held several senior positionswith various
companies in themarine transport sector.
Mr Tan holds a Bachelor of Business degree from
Curtin University of Technology, a Master of Business
Administration from the Nanyang Technological
Universityandhascompleted theAdvancedManagement
Programme at Haas School of Business, University of
CaliforniaBerkeley in2011.
MRONG THIANWHEEALBERT

SeaDeepShipyardPte. Ltd.
MrOngThianWheeAlbert joinedtheGroup inSeptember
2006 as a Director of Sea Deep Shipyard Pte. Ltd. (“Sea
Deep”) and was appointed as Sea Deep’s Managing
Director inMarch 2010. He also sits on the board of Sea
Deep’s subsidiary, Interseas Shipping (Private) Limited.
Mr Ong is responsible for Sea Deep Group’s overall
managementandoperations.
MrOnghas over 39 years’ experienceof working in the
oil and gas industry and has accumulated extensive
industry experience and built numerous valuable
business relationshipswithin the industry.
MR TANWEE LEE

Mr TanWee Lee joined the Group in October 2013. He
is the Managing Director of Baker Engineering Pte. Ltd.
and responsible for overall management and operations.
Mr Tan started his career in Keppel FELS as a Graduate
Management Trainee (Electrical Superintendent) in 1995.
He joinedPPLShipyardPteLtd (“PPLShipyard”) in1998as
aProject Engineer andwaspromoted toProjectManager
in 2005. During his 10 years in PPL Shipyard, he was
involved in all aspects of rig construction andwas Project
Managerof5highspecification jackupdrilling rigprojects.
Prior to joining theGroup, hewas theGeneralManagerof
aprivateChinese shipyardandwas responsible for setting
upamarineandoffshoredivision. He later establishedan
engineering and marketing subsidiary in Singapore and
was theManagingDirectorof theSingaporeentity.
Mr Tan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree
(Electrical Engineering) from Nanyang Technological
University, Singapore.

BT Investment Pte. Ltd.
Mr Heath McIntyre joined the Group in December 2013.
He is theManagingDirector of BT Investment Pte. Ltd. and
responsible foroverallmanagement andoperations. Prior to
joining theGroupandsince2006,MrMcIntyrewasExecutive
DirectoratSouthernCapitalGroup (“SCG”),an independent
private equity firm focused on middle-market Buyout
investments inSouthEastAsia.PriortoSCG,hewasatAffinity
EquityPartners (formerlyUBSCapitalAsiaPrivateEquity)then
a large-capprivateequityfirmprincipally involved inBuyout
investments in thebroaderAsiaPacific region.
Mr McIntyre holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree
from University of Toronto and a Master of Business
Administration from University of Chicago, Graduate
School of Business.
