MsHan, 57, was first appointed to theBoardon

Chairmanof RemunerationCommittee, and is also a
member of theAudit andNominatingCommittees.
MsHan is currently a director of BAContracts Pte
Ltd, a company that is principally engaged as a
wholesaler, importer and exporter of various building
materials and as a subcontractor in the building and
construction industry.
MsHanholds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree
from theNational University of Singapore and she has
workedwith various banking and financial institutions
in Singapore, specialising inproviding corporate
finance services.

Mr Ang, 64, was first appointed to theBoardon

2017. He chairs theAudit Committee and is also a

Mr Ang spent the greater part of his career in
the small-medium enterprise financingbusiness,
havingheld the positionofManagingDirector of
GECommercial Financing (S) Ltd (formerly known
asHeller Financial (S) Ltd). Hewas also concurrently
regional director for GE relatedbusinesses in the
Asia Pacific. He is also an independent director of
SooKeeGroup Ltd andPSGroupHoldings Ltd. He
was previously an independent director of Uni-Asia
Holdings Limited, LeyChoonGroupHoldings Limited
andKatrinaGroup Ltd.
Mr Ang is a fellowof the Instituteof Singapore
CharteredAccountants andholds a Bachelor of
Accountancy degree from theUniversity
of Singapore.
