Superintendent) in 1995. He joinedPPL ShipyardPte
Ltd (“PPL Shipyard”) in 1998 as aProject Engineer and
was promoted toProjectManager in2005. During
his 10 years inPPL Shipyard, hewas involved in all
aspects of rigconstruction andwas ProjectManager
of 5high specification jackupdrilling rigprojects. Prior
to joining theGroup, hewas theGeneralManager of
aprivateChinese shipyard andwas responsible for
settingup amarine andoffshoredivision. He later
established anengineering andmarketing subsidiary
inSingapore andwas theManagingDirector of the
Singaporeentity.

middle-market Buyout investments inSouthEast Asia.
Prior to SouthernCapital, hewas at Affinity Equity
Partners (formerlyUBSCapital AsiaPrivateEquity) then
a large-capprivateequity firmprincipally involved in
Buyout investments in thebroader AsiaPacific region.
