Sea Deep is a leading manufacturer and provider of
specialised equipment and engineering solutions
to oil companies and rig builders in Asia Pacific
and the Middle East. Baker Engineering’s focus is
on the design and construction of mobile offshore
units and critical equipment and components for the
offshoremarine industrywhileBT Investment targets
opportunities for acquisitionsand strategicalliances.
