Mr AngMiahKhiangwas appointed to
the Board on 1 November 2013 as an
Independent Director andwas last re-
electedon25April 2014. He chairs the
Audit Committee and is a member of
theRemunerationCommittee.
Mr Ang spent the greater part of his
career in thesmall-mediumenterprise
financing business, having held the
position of Managing Director of GE
CommercialFinancing(S)Ltd(formerly
known as Heller Financial (S) Ltd). He
wasalsoconcurrentlyregionaldirector
for GE related businesses in the Asia
Pacific. He currently also serves as an
IndependentDirectorofSooKeeGroup
Ltd, Uni-AsiaHoldingsLimited andPS
GroupHoldingsLtd. Hewaspreviously
an Independent Director of Ley Choon
GroupHoldingsLimited.
Mr Ang is a Fellow of the Institute of
Singapore Chartered Accountants and
holdsaBachelorofAccountancydegree
from theUniversityof Singapore.
WongMengYeng
Lead IndependentDirector
Mr Wong Meng Yeng was appointed
to the Board on 3 June 2010 and
was last re-elected on 25 April 2014.
An Independent Director, he chairs
the Nominating Committee and is
a member of the Audit Committee.
He was also appointed as Lead
Independent Director of the Company
on1January2014.
Mr Wong has been an advocate and
solicitor in Singapore since 1984 and
practices corporate commercial law.
He is currently a director of Alliance
LLC, a law corporation he co-founded
in 2001. He is also an Independent
Director of Multi-Chem Limited, KS
Energy Limited and Keong Hong
HoldingsLimited.
Mr Wong holds a Bachelor of Laws
(Honours) Degree from the National
University of Singapore and is a
member of the Singapore Institute
ofDirectors.
HanSahHeokVicky
IndependentDirector
MsHanSahHeokVickywasappointed
to the Board on 1 December 2013 as
an Independent Director and was last
re-electedon25April 2014. Shechairs
theRemunerationCommittee and is a
member of the Audit and Nominating
Committees.
Currently, Ms Han is a director of
BA Contracts Pte Ltd, a company
that is principally engaged as a
wholesaler, importerandexporterof
various buildingmaterials including
jacking pipes and paver blocks and
as a subcontractor in the building
and construction industry. Prior to
July 2013, Ms Han was the head of
Corporate Finance Department of
NRA Capital Pte Ltd, specialising
in providing corporate advisory and
fund raising transaction services
tocompanies.
Ms Han holds a Bachelor of
Accountancy degree from theNational
University of Singapore. Since her
graduation in 1982, she has worked
with various banking and financial
institutions in Singapore, specialising
inprovidingcorporatefinanceservices.
She has extensive experience in
merchant banking with a particular
emphasisoncorporatefinance related
transactions including public listings,
equity offerings and acquisitions and
divestments.
