Except for the Group’s available-for-sale investment of $2,220,000 (2017: $1,326,000) at
31 December 2018 which is located in Europe, all the assets and capital expenditure of the Group
are located in Singapore and Asia Pacific.

arising from the provision of specialised marine offshore equipment and services.
