appointment, obligations, duties

andworkshops to enhance their
skills and knowledge, at the

Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”) and
Accounting andCorporate
Regulatory Authority, which are
relevant to theDirectors are
circulated to theBoard. The
Company Secretary also keeps the
Directors informedof upcoming
conferences and seminars such
as those conductedby the SID.
The external auditors regularly
update theAC and theBoardon
newor revised financial reporting
standardswhich are relevant and
applicable to theGroup.
TheNC reviews andmakes
recommendations on the training
andprofessional development
program to theBoard. TheBoard
was apprisedof the training
programmes attendedby the
Directors in 2017.
