which incorporate internal controls
toensure that adequatechecks
andbalances are inplace. Periodic
audits are alsoconducted to
evaluateefficacyof these internal
controls. Allmarketing and sales
commission to agents are regularly
scrutinisedby theBoard.
TheGroup adheres to a code
of conductwhichcovers issues
such aswork ethics anddiscipline,
corporategifting, conflict of
interest, confidentiality, insiders
trading, whistle-blowing and
corruption. Thedetailedpolicies
andguidelines arepublished in
theGroup’s employeehandbook.
Employees are required to
submit an annual declarationof
compliance to thosepolicies.
