Morning tool boxmeetings are
held toevaluateall at-riskworking
areas and to raiseor discuss
any safety related incidents and
case studies and short fallsof its
current practices. Emergency
drillswith various scenarios
includingfireand rescuearealso
conductedperiodicallyby the
WSHEcommittee. This is done to
reinforce theemergency readiness
of our employees and toprepare
them for anypotential hazardous
incidents suchas firesor gas leaks.
TheGrouphas implementedhealth
emergencyprotocols to safeguard
its employees, contractors and
subcontractors duringnational
crises andcommunicable
diseases including strict haze
management guidelines in line
with theTripartiteAdvisoryon
haze relatedworkplacemeasures
andquarantineprocedures. Under
our hazemanagement guidelines,
employees are instructedon the
protocol tobeadoptedunder
various 24-hour PSI scenarios and
protectiveequipment includingN95
respirators are issued toall outdoor
employees andmade readily
available toall other employees.
Proper sitehousekeeping, regular
site inspectionand frequent pest
control (including fumigationand
larvaciding) is carriedout to identify
andeliminatemosquitoand vermin
breedinggrounds.
