or the secondconsecutive
year, Baker Tech
has incorporated a
sustainability report in linewith
SGX’s sustainability reporting
requirements. The report features
theenvironmental, social and
governance (“ESG”) factors,
approaches andpractices of
theGroup and identificationof
morematerial topics anddisclosure
of performance indicators.While
wehaveestablished a target to
measureourworkplace safety
performance, wehave yet to
set other specific targets for
financial year 2018.
Our general sustainabilitydirection
is set out byour Boardof Directors,
inconsiderationof theconcerns of
key stakeholders, whichcomprise
our employees, shareholders and
investors, suppliers, customers, the
community andenvironment.
